What counts as an interview?+
An interview counts once the interviewer joins and it runs for more than 5 minutes. Sessions of 5 minutes or less don't count, so you keep that interview, unless one ends with a report (a short Guesstimate or Puzzles round can, and so can a DSA round where every test passes). An interview that fails on our side never counts.
Do I get a report for every interview?+
A report needs at least 10 minutes of interview, so a session between 5 and 10 minutes counts but ends without one. Guesstimate and Puzzles always get a report, and so does a DSA round where every test passes.
Do my free interviews expire?+
No. You get one free interview when you join, and they never expire. While a pass is running you use the pass, so your free interviews wait until it ends.
What happens if I buy a new pass while one is running?+
The new pass starts straight away and the one you were on ends. Time left on the old pass is not carried over, so we show a warning before you buy.
Does a pass renew on its own?+
No. Each pass is a one-time payment. When it ends, nothing is charged until you choose to buy another.
How do I pay?+
Through Razorpay: UPI, cards and net banking in India, and cards from anywhere else. Your receipt comes by email and stays on your billing page.
Can I get a refund?+
Passes aren't refunded, since an interview that fails on our side never counts against you. If you're charged twice for the same pass within a few minutes, the second payment is refunded automatically.
My college gave me a pass. How does that work?+
If your college sponsors Hiregram, signing up with your college email gives you its pass. When it runs out you can ask your administrator for more from the same screen, or buy a pass of your own.
